Crested Butte South

CB South is a family-oriented neighborhood located 7 miles south of downtown. The neighborhood offers a variety of outdoor amenities for all ages year-round including a playground, pump track, basketball court, fishing rights, skating rink, as well as numerous hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails. You will never run out of things to do. You can also find a coffee shop, restaurants, convenience stores, and local businesses right in the neighborhood’s small commercial district as well as a bus stop offering free service to Gunnison, downtown Crested Butte, and Mt. Crested Butte. Many locals call CB South home because of its family atmosphere and more affordable price range.
