Both new listings and under-contracts are up by 91% and 67%, respectively. Months supply of inventory is at 7 for Crested Butte and 9 for Mt. Crested Butte (if no new homes came on the market, in 7 or 9 months, inventory would be at zero).

Vail Resorts Update

Snow is on the way! A large storm is expected to bring 10-20 inches this weekend. 163 out of 165 trails and 14 out of 15 lifts are open daily from 9 AM – 4 PM. Get your tickets HERE. Alley Loop Nordic Marathon

Get ready for a local’s favorite event – The Alley Loop on February 3rd! This isn’t your typical American Birkebeiner Qualifier – the course takes you through the heart of our charming town, weaving along snow-covered streets, narrow alleys, and crossing one-lane bridges.
