Market Conditions

June brought a jump in activity for Gunnison's single-family market. While new listings dipped slightly, sales more than doubled compared to last June. Average prices moved up, and homes are spending a bit longer on the market. Inventory continues to rise gradually, giving buyers more options as we move deeper into the summer season.

The condo and townhome segment also saw growth, with both listings and sales increasing year-to-date.

Homes are selling faster with the slight increase in the average sales price. Inventory has doubled, giving buyers a wider selection. Overall, the Gunnison market remains active, with increased movement and more choices across both property types.
