Market Conditions
Year-to-date, the single-family home market has demonstrated a stable sales performance, while experiencing a notable 26% increase in new listings. Meanwhile, the condo and townhome sector has faced a modest decline in sales, yet also witnessed a rise in new listings. In both sectors, prices have either held steady or experienced slight upticks. This surge in new listings for both condos/townhomes and single-family homes not only provides buyers with a broader array of choices but may also enhance their negotiating leverage in the marketplace.
