Right out of college, Dawn Howe moved to Crested Butte and discovered the mountain community she would come to call home. More than 31 years later, she has built her life and career in the Gunnison Valley, raising two children, building The Howe Group, and developing deep connections throughout the community.

Dawn brings more than three decades of local knowledge and real estate experience to her work with buyers and sellers. She has represented more than 300 clients throughout Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Gunnison, and surrounding communities. Her understanding of the valley, from its neighborhoods and properties to its unique mountain lifestyle, helps clients make informed decisions through every step of a real estate transaction.

Community has always been an important part of Dawn's life. She has served as Rotary President and Rotary Youth Exchange Officer, helping high school students experience life abroad and discover the perspective that comes from travel and connecting with people from different cultures. Her love of travel and the relationships she has built through Rotary reflect the same curiosity and connection she brings to her work.

When she's not working, you'll often find Dawn skiing, exploring the trails, traveling, or spending time with friends and family. She loves the character, people, and four-season lifestyle that make Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley such a special place to live.
