January 9th, First Friday Art Walk at Gunnison Arts Center from 5:30 - 7:30
January 16th, Cheesy Raclette Party at Buckel Family Wine from 4:30 - 6:30. A fun après ski gathering with gooey raclette, tasty pairings, and plenty of laughs. Perfect for warming up and enjoying good company after a day on the slopes.

January 31st, Winter Harmony: Snowfall Sessions at Gunnison Arts Center from 7:00 - 9:00. A cozy evening of live music with local musicians of all ages. Intimate, relaxed, and full of heart, it’s a perfect way to connect with the community and discover new favorites while enjoying a warm winter night.
December activity was fairly quiet, which is typical for this time of year, but the year to date numbers provide better context. Single family homes saw a bump in new listings for the month, while sales and prices dipped slightly and homes took longer to sell. Looking at the full year, both listings and closed sales increased, even as average prices came down modestly. Inventory inched up, giving buyers more options and contributing to a more balanced market overall.
Condos and townhomes remained steady. December sales held flat with a slight increase in prices and faster days on market. Year to date, sales were up notably, while prices softened a bit. Inventory remains relatively limited, which continues to support demand for well priced properties.
