Market Conditions
Both new listings and under-contracts are down by 15% and 29%, respectively. Months supply of inventory is at 4 (if no new homes came on the market, in 4 months, inventory would be at zero). With such low inventory, it’s not surprising to see the under-contracts have also gone down.
