October was steady for Gunnison real estate. We saw more single-family homes hit the market, but only one sold this month. Year-to-date, sales remain ahead of last year, showing steady buyer interest even with fewer recent transactions.
Condos and townhomes had activity similar to last October. Prices have stayed stable, and year-to-date closings continue to rise, reflecting consistent demand in this segment.
