October in Crested Butte
WOW - after 30 years living here, this may be the best fall I've ever seen. Of course, the golden yellow is amazing, but the amount of orange and red is jaw-dropping. If you live here, you know how amazing it is, if you don't, it's worth a last minute trip. There are plenty of happenings around town this October, although the views are really the highlight of the month. I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am.

Condos and townhomes had a softer September with fewer sales and lower prices, though inventory grew. Year-to-date, closings are down, but values remain stable, giving buyers more choice and keeping sellers focused on strong presentation and pricing.
