Market Conditions
In September, single-family activity slowed with fewer new listings, though sales held steady and homes spent more time on the market. Year-to-date, sales are still ahead of last year, even with prices trending lower, showing that buyers remain active but more value-conscious.
Condos and townhomes had a stronger showing. September brought more new listings and quicker sales, and year-to-date numbers reflect a clear increase in closings. Values are steady, and well-priced properties continue to attract interest.
