Market Conditions

Compared to June of last year, the single-family homes saw a notable increase in new listings while sales held steady. We are still seeing demand and homes priced correctly are selling quickly. With the increased inventory, buyers have more choices and more leverage in today’s market.

In the condo and townhome market, new listings were also up, but the number of sales dropped. Even so, year to date, prices have increased. Days on market increased significantly, suggesting buyers are taking more time to make decisions. Overall, more options are becoming available across both segments, which is good news for those still looking for a mountain home.
