Market Conditions
Single-family homes in Crested Butte stayed steady in October, with about the same number of new listings as last year, while closed sales were up 43%. Prices rose roughly 12% year-over-year, showing continued demand for well-kept homes even as days on market ticked up slightly. Year-to-date, both listings and sales remain strong, with higher prices and faster movement overall compared to 2024.
Condos and townhomes had a slower October, with fewer new listings and sales, though prices still climbed about 10%. Properties are selling closer to the asking price, and year-to-date values remain up around 6% from last year. Buyers have more to choose from, but sellers who price competitively are still seeing solid results.
