Market Conditions

September market report crested butte 2026

The single-family market continues to show strong values, with home prices running higher than last year and more homes selling overall through September. At the same time, buyers are taking a little longer to make decisions, and sellers are generally receiving slightly less of their asking price. With more homes available, buyers have more room to shop, while sellers need to be thoughtful about pricing and positioning.

The condo and townhome market is also giving buyers more choices, with noticeably more inventory available than this time last year. Prices have continued to climb, although it's not a true picture, as a Westwall condo sold for $5.3M, bringing that number up. Buyers have increased options, and demand continues for well-priced properties.
