Market Conditions
Both new listings and under-contracts are down by 12% and 44%, respectively. Months supply of inventory is at 5 (if no new homes came on the market, in 5 months, inventory would be at zero). With low inventory, it’s not surprising to see the under-contracts have also gone down.

12th Annual Gunnison High Triathlon
Register now for the 12th Annual Gunnison High Triathlon! Hosted by Gunnison Parks & Rec, this sprint triathlon features a 500-yard swim, 23K bike ride, and 6.4K run. The kid’s race starts at 8:30 AM, and the adult race at 10:00 AM. Fees: $30 for kids, $65 for adults, and $130 for teams. Don’t miss this fantastic event for athletes of all levels!
