June Happenings:

June 7th,4th Annual Pride Picnic. Grab your picnic gear and join a family-friendly day of live music, fun contests, a puppy fashion show, and good vibes for everyone in Legion Park.

June 7th, Cresta Alta National Film Tour ft. Todd Anders Johnson & Salem at Gunnison Arts Center from 6:00 - 9:00. Catch the Cresta Alta film and live music for a stunning look at glaciers, climate action, and tunes that hit close to home.

June 8th,Classic 3D Archery Tournament at Gunnison State Wildlife Area at Beaver Creek at 9:30 AM

June 11th, Cellar Door Cinema & FilmCult Present: The Theater Gimmicks of William Castle - House on Haunted Hill at Gunnison Arts Center from 8:00 - 9:30

June 12th, Watercolor Social at Buckel Family Wine from 5:30 - 7:30. Sip wine and paint with locals in a laid-back watercolor social that’s perfect for all skill levels.

June 15th,Sundays @ 6: Free Concert Series at Legion Park. Enjoy free live music, food trucks, and local vibes every Sunday in Legion Park through August 17.

June 20th, Special Screening: ANYTIME - Epic Freeride MTB Film at Gunnison Arts Center from 8:00 - 9:00

June 21st, Summer Solstice Festival at Gunnison Arts Center from 3:00 - 7:00. Celebrate the longest day of the year with live music, art, yoga, and family fun!

Market Conditions

In May, Gunnison’s single-family home market saw strong gains with new listings up 76 percent, and year to date, new listings are up 36%. This is great news for Buyers as inventory has been low; it's nice to see more options.

The condo and townhome market also had a significant uptick in new listings, with a year to date increase of 129% and the number of sold listings jumped 36%. Average sales price drop slightly at 6%.
