Located in the peaceful Ohio Creek Valley within Horse River Ranch, the property offered sweeping mountain views, privacy, and exceptional access to Colorado’s outdoors. The property borders more than 40,000 acres of BLM land, connecting to an even larger network of public lands and providing opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and off-road recreation.
