August 2nd – 4th, 52nd Annual Crested Butte Arts Festival at Elk Avenue. Enjoy 130 fine art exhibitors in 13 mediums, live entertainment, a beer and wine garden, an art auction, and a kids’ craft tent on Elk Avenue!

August 2nd, MTCB Annual Town Picnic at Ted Scheske Park from 5:00 – 7:00. Enjoy a family-friendly picnic and meet your neighbors!

New listings are up by 8%, while under-contracts are up 12%. Months supply of inventory is at 8 for Crested Butte and 10 for Mt.
