June 3rd, Historic Elk Ave Walking Tours at Crested Butte Museum. Recurring every Tuesday and Thursday of the month.
June 5th, Van Tours with Vandenbusche at Crested Butte Museum. Hop in with local historian Duane Vandenbusche for a day exploring the Black Canyon’s wild history and geology.
June 6th and 7th,Sally Ride Documentary at Majestic Theater from 6:30 - 8:00.
June 6th, Lost Worlds of Blue Mesa Duane Lecture at Crested Butte Museum from 6:00 - 7:30

June 13th, 23rd Annual KBUT Fish Fry at Crank’s Plaza from 4:00 - 10:00. KBUT’s Friday Night Fish Fry is all about Cajun fish, live music, and Crested Butte good times.

Market Conditions
The Crested Butte single-family market saw a surge in activity this May, with a 79% jump in new listings. Year to date, buyer activity remains steady with the same number of homes sold as last year but prices are down 8% and staying on the market for slightly longer.
