August 7th - 30th, Live Music at Garlic Mike’s at 5:30. Enjoy live music every Friday through Sunday throughout August, featuring a rotating lineup of talented local musicians.
August 8th, Local Vocals: Presented by Chris Coady at Gunnison Arts Center from 7:00 - 10:00
August 10th and 11th, Gunnison Community Blood Draw at Fred Field Center from 6:30 - 10:30 AM
August 15th, Bull Fest at Gunnison County Fairgrounds from 4:00 - 10:00. A high-energy night of rodeo action, live music, dancing, and family-friendly fun celebrating Western traditions.

The Gunnison single-family home market continues to hold steady. While July saw fewer new listings and sales than the same month last year, the year-to-date numbers tell a more balanced story. Inventory has grown slightly, giving buyers a few more options, while sellers are still receiving close to their asking price. Home values have remained relatively stable overall, showing that demand continues even as the market settles into a more measured pace.

The condo and townhome market is offering buyers more opportunities than we've seen in quite some time.
